Birkelund Boutique accepts Paypal payments and all major credit card payments.

Shipping in Denmark is a flat rate of 50kr. All other locations will ship at 130kr, or about $20 US Dollars.

All items must be returned to our store or sent back to us within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you and in the same condition you received it. All returns must include proof of purchase in the form of a receipt of shipping slip.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to Birkelund Boutique. Birkelund Boutique is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping. Please pack the return items well and include insurance.

Birkelund Boutique makes every effort to pack your pottery or bisque in a manner such that it will survive the shipping process intact. All breakable items shipped are insured by the carrier. However, there are times when your item may arrive broken. If that happens, please take a picture of the box your item came in, the broken item (sometimes the shipping carrier requests them) and let us know within 72 hours of receiving your items. You will receive a full refund of the item including the shipping cost.
